With expertise as a lead architect, Steve has designed and developed a wide range of systems, including lab-integrated medical testing platforms, payment and payroll systems, onboarding systems, automated scheduling, and AI-integrated interview platforms. He holds several pending patents for his innovative work in these areas.
Prior to Nucleus Healthcare, Steve made significant contributions to the fintech industry during his four- year tenure at a startup. There, he specialized in building applications that leveraged blockchain technology to track the chain of custody of assets, ensuring transparency and security.
In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Steve boasts an impressive professional background that extends to the government sector. He worked at the Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under both the Bush and Obama administrations, where he played a pivotal role in the employee appraisal initiative. Furthermore, Steve has served as a tech/new media lead in multiple media agencies, collaborating with renowned brands like DuPont.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Steve enjoys indulging in his hobby of refurbishing classic homes. When he’s not immersed in technology or renovating, he cherishes spending quality time with his wife and three children.
