As Chief Operating Officer at Nucleus Healthcare, Gary works closely with all members of Nucleus’ talent acquisition divisions with responsibility for growing our Healthcare, Life Sciences, National Enterprise Accounts and Executive Search divisions. Gary brings more than 20 years of recruiting and executive search experience to Nucleus.
Prior to joining Nucleus, Gary spent 12 years as the COO of Lyneer Staffing Solutions, a national workforce supplier. There, he was a member of the founding management team that grew the company from a start up to one of the 50 largest staffing firms in the United States. Prior to his time at Lyneer, he was an Executive Vice President with Source One Financial Staffing, a regional financial executive search firm. Earlier in his career before entering the search industry, Gary held several corporate financial management positions with public companies, including serving as the Corporate Treasurer of a computer solutions company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Gary is on the Executive Board of Directors for the Mid-Atlantic Staffing Association and has served four terms as its President. He has been featured as a speaker at Staffing Industry Analysts Annual Executive Forum North America in 2020 and 2021. Gary and his wife Courtaney have four children. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys playing golf and spending summers at the beach.
